Living room is extra large with reading nook and entertainment area with a large flatscreen TV that has Netflix, HBO GO, Hulu Plus, Apple TV, Basic Cable, and a high quality speaker system. Other perks of this amazing apartment is the brand new washer and dryer for laundry and a roof deck offering gorgeous views of Brooklyn summer sunsets.
"ProCro" is an incredible area with ample bars, restaurants, cafe's and other trendy places nearby. Less than 15 min walk (or 5 min bus) to Brooklyn Museum/Botanical Gardens/Prospect Park/Farmer's Market. BERGEN is a 5 min walk away!
Transportation: B45 and B65 stop on the apartment's doorstep and its a short and easy walk to Clinton/Washington Ave on the C train, Bergen on the 2, 3, 7th Ave on the B, Q, Eastern Parkway/Brooklyn Museum on the 2, 3,4, 5, Franklin on the 2, 3,4, 5 and Atlantic Terminal is a 15-20 min walk or a 5 min bus ride away.
Ideal roommate would be working professional or student on a summer internship and would be a lover of dogs (if you are allergic to dogs then this is NOT the apartment for you). Current roommates are very clean and very chill and it never feels crowded due to the ample space and privacy offered by the room's location.
