This is a four bedroom HOUSE. I do not own it, but I am the lease holder. Like the title says this house is one block from Prospect Park and everything else. The closest subway, one block away, is the 2, 3 at the Brooklyn Museum.

It is wonderful to live in a house on a nice quiet tree lined classic Brooklyn Block instead of a big apartment building.

While short term renters are encouraged we do prefer someone who if we all get along wants to stay for a year or more. I've lived in this house for four years now.

We have a backyard with picnic table/grill. Gated driveway to keep your bike or anything else.

While we don't have to be best friends, since we are sharing the same house we should be friendly, cordial and like each other. We have a million friends, you don't have to be our best friend, but you should be friendly and outgoing.

We are mellow, laid back, fun, drama free. We don't want any issues or drama. We don't want any communication problems. We just want a happy, mellow house.

We are three men ages 43, 35 and 50 but you can be any age or sex.
