The Good Stuff -Brooklyn is a dreamland.. for real though. SAFE! Located in elevator building next to a new Compare Grocery store and new 24 hour Neptune Diner in PROSPECT HEIGHTS . The Shuttle Train to the A/C, 2/3/4/5, and the B/Q literally stops half a block from our building (the A/C and 2/3/4/5 are also 5 and 4 blocks away, respectively) and we are a short walk to BARCLAYS CENTER/Atlantic Center and Downtown Brooklyn. Grand Army Plaza, Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Public Library, Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, and the Brooklyn Museum are all less than a ten minute walk from here.

Hardwoods through out the place with freshly painted walls. Lots of windows for great sunlight and cross breeze. Large shared bathroom, kitchen. We've got a microwave, a full size stove and frig--really, all the comforts one could ever need. Ordering take-out is a art form too! There is a laundromat on site in the basement which has DROP-OFF wash and fold.

The place has clean lines, simplistic, and is well-maintained. Previous roommates have all found their niche and enjoyed going to many of the local bars in Prospect and Crown Heights as well as to shows at the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) or to the Brooklyn Museum for First Saturdays. FRANKLIN AVE is just exploding with new, restaurants, cafes, coffee shops and ORGANIC food stores. The neighborhood is fresh, clean, filled with young professionals and generally safe--though this is a city. Some of the local places to visit are: bars--Weather Up (a great bar that also has a location in TriBeCa), the Crown Inn, Washington Commons (excellent beer beer selection ), and the Way Station. **Brand new STARBUCKS and CAPITAL ONE BANK at the corner of Franklin ave and Eastern Parkway!!

restaurants--Gueros Brooklyn (the best tacos north of Texas), Dutch Boy Burger, Chavela's (authentic Mexican dishes)Bar Corvo, Sunburnt Calf, and Barboncino (most of these places have been written about in several magazines). And for the fitness minded, 2 Yoga studios within 2 blocks, Bike track, jogging trails, dirt bike courses, free outdoor concerts, pickup flag football, etc. in Prospect Park.

You: MATURE ,COVID CONCIOUS, self aware, responsible, a MINIMALIST, neat, clean, courteous in nature, good hygiene and isn't afraid to buy toilet paper. Focused on your craft./job/studies !
