There is a room available in a lovely 2-bedroom apartment in Park Slope, Brooklyn.

It is a very sizable space with a nice separate kitchen and living room (that fits a small dining table and chairs). The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment, so there is a lot of privacy. Bathroom is shared.

Apartment has beautiful exposed brick and hard wood floors.

Bedroom is quite large, easily fits a full or queen-sized bed, dresser and small desk. Included in the room is a large closet/wardrobe and air-conditioner. *BED AND DRESSER INCLUDED AS WELL IF YOU WANT IT*

Access to roof.

We are quite literally steps from the F train at 7th Avenue, near the park, stores, bars and restaurants and somewhat dangerously, a good ice cream shop.

I'm a professional and work in television production. Right now I travel a lot for my job, so potentially out of the apartment for weeks at a time. But when I'm home, I'm quiet, clean and respectful and am looking for the same in a roommate.

I like to watch TV (but not the TV I work on) at home, make dinner and/or have a beer. I'm in my mid-30s, so definitely like the apartment to be a relaxed setting. But all for going out for dinner or drinks in the neighborhood.

Bills generally add up to $100/mo or less.
