South Slope Professional M Late 20s Seeks Roomate
This is a cosy 2br/1bath apartment with a living room and separate kitchen/dining area. I have no pets at the moment but would potentially be looking to get a cat.
The building is in the heart of south slope right off of 5th avenue bars and restaurants. It's 1 block to the R train and a couple of blocks to prospect park. The neighborhood is great and there's a lot to do any day of the week. The apartment isn't huge but it isn't small either, it's well laid out and classically styled. The room for rent will easily fit a full to queen sized bed and a desk, there is also plenty of closet space available. I'd also be open to the renter bringing some common area furniture as well if they had it.
I'm searching for a clean, respectful and fun room mate. Someone who works full time but still knows how to have a good time. The ideal candidate would be a 25-30 year old career focused M or F looking for a quiet, chill place to live.
I'm a 27 year old M graphic designer. I'm vegetarian (and cook a lot) and a pretty chill person overall. Not really a partier but do go out 1 or 2 times a week. I like to keep the place clean and looking nice. Let me know if you're interested.
