Hi there! We are two early twenties friends looking for a third female roommate to complete our gorgeous, newly-renovated 3-bedroom Greenpoint apartment. We're looking for someone to sign a year lease with us starting October 1 (move in available the weekend before, September 27-28). Rent is $1, 450 plus utilities.

Alexis, 23: From Colorado, works in public relations full time, likes exploring the city, finding new restaurants, getting outdoors, and the occasional wine/Netflix night
Yasamin, 21: From San Diego, student at Pace University, writer, singer

THE APARTMENT
We absolutely love this place! The entire apartment is newly renovated with stainless steel appliances, shiny hardwood floors, modern light fixtures, lofted ceilings, and two skylights. Large living room and kitchen areas, good-sized bathroom, central A/C and heat, video intercom. Third floor walkup.

THE ROOM
Your room is the one pictured above, the biggest of the three. It has THREE street-facing windows (trees in the front of the building give it privacy), a closet, and glossed french doors.

THE AREA
Greenpoint, just three blocks north of McCarren Park on a cute section of Driggs Ave. Countless restaurants and bars, grocery and convenience stores, two laundromats a block away. Not far from the East River, Smorgasburg, and the Brooklyn Flea. A 13-minute walk to the Bedford L and an 8-minute walk to the Nassau G.

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for a female preferably aged 20-25 who is laid back, friendly, fun, and outgoing, and is excited to explore all that Greenpoint has to offer! Not just looking for a roommate, but someone who will help us make this apartment home.
