Hello! We are two New School students looking for a third person to live with us for the next year. We found this amazing modern apartment with stunning skyline views out in East Williamsburg, except we need to fill that third room!

To clear up confusion; we have not settled on who gets what room, that's why there are two ads. This ad is for the less expensive room w/out a balcony, while the other ad is for a slightly more expensive room with a balcony.

ABOUT US
One guy, one girl who both go to Parsons. This leads to a very busy lifestyle for us both, therefore we are out most of the days. We like to keep the apartment pretty clean as well. Although we are busy most of the time, we do like to have get togethers occasionally, but not crazy by any means. The apartment does not come furnished so we plan on splitting the cost of that as well although that is a conversation we will all have at a later date.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who is either a student like us or a young professional of some sort. Ideally you lead a somewhat similar lifestyle and also are clean. You should be comfortable sharing household costs and splitting up chores each week. We are welcoming of any gender or sexual orientation, we simply want a nice person to live with!
