Very bright rooms available in cosy apartment!

Hi there,
We have 2 rooms available in our very cosy 5 bedrooms apartment, both 1250$ including all utilities, unlimited wifi, and cleaning twice a week. The kitchen is brand new and already equipped. 2 bathrooms.

One room is free on Nov 1st - this one has a large mezzanine for the bed or anything you want
the other one on Nov 15th - no mezzanine but you can ask the super to build one
The rent is month to month, but we would be looking for someone to commit for at least 2-3 month.

About the roommates: 3 girls in our 20s working in Interior Design, Cosmetics, and a Non profit, all very easy-going and clean, love to party during the weekends, but keep the apartment reasonably quiet during the week.

The apartment is 5 min from Montrose stop and 3 min from the Morgan Stop on the L train, and therefore is very close to many cool stores, bars, restaurants in the area (Roberta's famous pizzeria, Momo sushi shack, Forrest Point, Beacon's closet, 983 bushwick living room for brunch...and many others! / Khim's Natural supermarket)
