I'm moving out in May (even though I would love to stay) and need a cool person to take over my spot in this awesome Crown Heights Apt. The room may come semi-furnished (I'm moving across the country and will be traveling light). The apartment is a 4 story walk up, the unit is on the floor so you'll be getting a workout everyday. We have access to a rooftop, sometimes we BBQ up there! Our unit has 4 rooms and 1 full bath and a separate powder room. We only have 3 room occupied, the spare room has exposed brick and is used as a storage or studio work room.

We are all late 20's to early 30's working professionals. In Golden Girls terms we have a Blanche and Dorothy, I was the Rose. We all have separate lives but still hang out with each other from time to time. We watch movies and go out together but give each other space when need to. We are seeking a female or gay male to take over the spot.
