Need Roommate In Carroll Gardens- Aug 1

I am looking for a roommate for August 1 move in- JULY 1 signing.
Please note that my landlord wants the following by JULY 1 at latest:
Signing a lease, filling out a simple application + credit check, provide first month and deposit. Bonus points if you make me laugh during the process. :P

About the Place:
- Off F/G Carroll stop. AC/R two stops away
- Parlor level of a traditional Brownstone with 11??? ceilings
- Open living room/kitchen area
- 2 BR/1 Bath
- TONS of storage space.
- Tall windows with lots of great light.
- Open room: 8??? x 14. 5???
- Some of the furniture/furnishings in the common area will leave after my current roommate runs out so open to talk rearrangement/new furniture ideas

10 min walk to amazing bars/shops/subway stop on Smith and Court Street with some great other eats near Columbia Street too
A 15 min walk (less than a mile) from Brooklyn Bridge Park.
3 blocks away from Red Hook???s Van Brunt Street
Laundry on next block
Key Foods, Trader Joes, Union Market + tons of other grocery markets near by.

A little bit about your awesome future roommate:

Originally from the south, I am a 31 year old female who works in advertising. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, biking, working out, being outside, laughing, brooklyn, eating, and partaking in some delicious margaritas and beers on occasion.

As a self-proclaimed ???grandma??? (not really THAT bad :P), I have an early bedtime during the week (9: 30ish) because I tend to hit the gym in the morning before work. That 5: 30 AM alarm is no joke! I usually keep a low-key week and use the weekend to be social/make up for my early week!

I am laid back, financially stable, independent, fun and def routine oriented. Also, fun fact: I used to have a hamster in 3rd grade named ???MC HAMSTER???. Pretty sure that???s the best hamster name ever.

Bonus if you are: funny, independent, self- motivating, have hobbies to share. You are passed the party phase of your life (or at least come home quietly when you???re out!) and respect the apartment as a home. Your momma taught you how to clean up after yourself and respect the common areas! You respect personal space and time??? but also you would enjoy talking about your day and perhaps exploring Brooklyn together. If you???re dating, you???re respectful about your guests and the time that is spent at our place- not looking for a 3rd roommate! :P
