Transportation is convenient: right next to the C, 2 blocks to the G, and a 15 min to the hub at Barclays center.
We will be sharing:
- the living room (fully furnished and has a home entertainment system)
- the bathroom
- and the kitchen (I rarely cook and there is a dishwasher)
Your room is unfurnished, with a closet, fits a queen bed and desk easily. As mentioned, there are 2 bedrooms in this apartment, at different ends. Pretty private.
You need to provide one month deposit + first month rent to move in. You will need to pay utilities in addition, electro, wi-fi and gas. I worked out a flat rate with my previous roommate.
