I'm moving to be closer to work, which means I'm leaving behind an open room in my great 4BR 1. 5 BA apartment and I'm looking for an equally great subletter!

The apartment is great- central AC, exposed brick, roof access, laundry in the basement, great light in the living room and the bedroom, second floor walk-up. The room could fit a queen bed (at least) and still have room for other furniture. It's got a nice window and a closet. It's about a 5 minute walk from the G, or an 8 walk from the C. The neighborhood has lots of cool bars, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.

The remaining roommates are three guys and a girl (one of the rooms is shared by a couple). All are pretty busy with their own things but friendly and do hang out from time to time.

Rent is $875/month + utilities (about $100- electricity, gas, internet, TV)
I'm looking for someone able to stay at least until the end of the lease, which runs through August 31.
Move in now and only pay rent for half of March!
