2 bedroom, 1. 5 bath, range, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, garbage disposal in sink, and a washer and dryer in apartment. Rent would be 1200, includes heat and hot water but not electricity, gas, or internet. ISP: Time Warner.

Good natural light during the day, well lit by lights at night. AC units in both bedrooms and a ceiling fan in common area. No history of mice or roaches. Pet present is a cat, shy but sweet-tempered, will most likely ignore you. Bed frame, Queen, provided but not mattress, closet and upper storage space also present in bedroom. Hardwood floors everywhere but bathrooms. Street parking is easy to find in the area. Roof access with view from Financial district to Empire State Building.

5 minutes rushing, 7 minutes brisk walking, 10 minutes meandering to the nearest subway (F and G Carroll St). Fairway is a 20-30 minute walk away, as is Trader Joe's. TJ is also a subway stop away for less walking. There are Mett Foods closer. Carroll Park 10 minutes walking distance. Amazing restaurants for both sit down and delivery, specifically Thai, Vietnamese, Indian, Southern, Mexican, Mediterranean, and Italian. Also great brunch spots and bakeries. Nearest pharmacy is CVS. Neighborhood is both beautiful and very safe. Neighbors are friendly and landlord is within walking distance, and has been very communicative. The main con about the location is that we face the highway. If you need earplugs, I have them.

Male roommate will be living in outside the apartment for July and August with either him visiting me or me visiting him every other weekend. Yes, we are a couple, no, we will not throw that in your face with PDA or loud scoodliepooping.
