I have will have one bedroom available for a female to move into on July 1st.

The room is furnished with a full sized futon on a raised bedframe, a new wall unit with plenty of shelves and draws for storage, small night table, lamp and chair. The room has a decent sized closet

Please note that the room does not have a window but is not stuff at all and is great for sleeping aand studying.

The livingroom is shared and spacious. A large L sshaped couch faces two windows which look out onto trees and gardens. Very private and peaceful.

Beautiful renovated kitchen with plenty of counter/cupboard space with new appliances. A cooks dream!

The rent includes full use of plates, glasses, cookware etc. So no need to bring with you if you don't have already.

The apartment is clean throughout and decorated with lots of original art.

You will be sharing with a female artist/art teacher with a busy schedule (slows down a bit in the summer but I am always on the go) and two sweet cats.

Seeking someone who is employed or in school full time, down to earth, considerate, neat and clean.

The rent includes all utilities which include gas, electric and wifi. I do not have cable television. I am strictly on line streaming at this point.

The rent is 925. Security is an an additional 925.
