One large, sunny bedroom available in this luxury apartment. We have a fully stocked kitchen while being just around the corner from a major connecting subway station (JMZ Myrtle Ave). This is a brand new renovated duplex apartment with 2 living rooms and 2 full bathrooms, it is quite a large space.

1350/month -- couples add 100, furnished with queen bed.
Both come with utilities all included with wifi and cleaning of common areas twice a week, but we still require all roommates to clean up after themselves. 1st bedroom is on the first floor of a duplex. 2nd is on the ground floor. On the below floor is another bathroom and living area.

We are just a 2 min walk from the JMZ Myrtle Ave express stop, taking you to downtown Manhattan in 20 minutes. Laundry (coin-operated) located in basement. We also have a huge backyard space with outdoor seating.

There is a $700 security deposit to reserve your spot which will be returned at the end of your stay as long as there's no damage.

Room available starting July 8th indefinitely. We prefer laid back people who aren't jerks :) calm and considerate folks who clean up after themselves.
