1) Complete BHs rental application
2) A copy of a legal form of identification
3) Credit Score above 650
4) Stable job and proof of income ( i. e. current pay stubs; W2 or tax returns showing annual income of 30X monthly rent amount)
5) Post dated rent checks for the duration of the lease submitted to the landlord at lease signing,
6) ONLY First month rent AND security deposit ; both in the amount of one month's rent paid to the landlord at lease signing.

**If you do not meet #s 3 and 4 you will need a guarantor**
