The building is situated on a quiet residential street and it's nearby multiple Laundromats (closest one is 1 block away) and grocery stores (2 blocks away).

Richie's Gym is located at the end of the block from the apartment and we are close to bars/restaurants/music and art venues.

Move in is ASAP. Rent is $1200 plus utilities (about $125-$150 a month)
Utilities include gas/electricity and internet, whereas hot water is included in monthly rent bill.

1 month security deposit + first month's rent to move in.

We (my girlfriend and I) are looking for a roommate who we can get along with and most importantly get along with our sphynx cat, Ava. She is a hairless cat and is very playful/friendly. With that being said we understand she is not for everyone but it is important for us that our roommate can be comfortable with her. My girlfriend and I are pretty easy-going, on weekends we like going out for food, drinks, and music but stay in during the week and cook while watching movies/tv/sports. We are both in our early 30s, she is an architect and I work in internet security. We are looking for someone that is mature, clean, does not smoke, is easy-going and laid back yet respectable and responsible (no late bills PLEASE) and someone that does not bring random guests home. We definitely enjoy our 7-8 hours of evening sleep during the week. We are not neat freaks but we do expect you to be tidy in common areas and to clean after yourself (clean dishes right after you use them) etc. We are nice, friendly and reasonable people and we are looking for someone with matching qualities.
