Young Professional in Bushwick seeking roommate

Hello there! I am a soon to be 25 year old professional who just signed a lease on a pretty awesome apartment in Bushwick and am looking for a roommate to move in ASAP; latest move in date could be August 1st.
Rent is 1300 a month for the room. Needs to be able to commit to 6 months-one year. Common area is furnished but spare room is not, however it comes with a large closet, room for a full/queen sized bed and other furniture and has a an outside private door to patio. Lots of outlets and wide windows!!!!

Located off of the M, J and L trains; closest is Central Ave, Macy Ave and Myrtle-Broadway stops.

About Me:
I am a female social worker and family therapist who works full-time (9-7). I enjoy movie and wine nights in the apartment, book clubs, potlucks and picnics, cooking, reading, writing poetry, painting, exploring the outdoors, yoga and dance. I have two well-behaved cats who will be living in the apartment but I am respectful about making sure the apartment is always clean and livable. If you have a well-behaved pet that gets along with cats, I would not be opposed :) I enjoy lounging around home on weekend mornings with my cup of chai and book.

About You:
Ideally Female. Professional in her field/financially secure (need to be sure you can pay rent). Open-minded and respectful. Likes to make a place home. Likes or can at least tolerate cats. Like minded. Mid twenties-mid thirties preferred. Able to sublet for at least 6 months-one year; willing to negotiate if you are the right fit. Apartment will be furnished so you do not have to have a ton of stuff to make this work.
