3 bedrooms, full kitchen (gas stove&oven, full sized fridge, microwave, etc.) sunny skylight, large living room with bay windows, air conditioning in common spaces, separate office space for all to use, tub/bath combo, 50" LED TV with Hulu and Netflix (wireless Control via any handset or tablet), and SUPER FAST 50 MBPS INTERNET/ WiFi!

Us:
Steph and Bob: lease holders, couple with no drama. Bob is 30 and works in real estate, Stephanie is 26, an educator, ESL tutor and wearer of many hats. We work mon-fri (sometimes Sat too) and when we are home we are quiet and love relaxing by playing a game, watching some TV, ordering delivery or making dinner. We don't smoke in the house, we don't have parties beyond the occasional (maybe once a month) few friends over for dinner, we don't blast music, or anything crazy. Our home is calm, relaxed and peaceful. :)

Baron: our DOG! he is 15 lbs, doesn't bark...like ever, is totally house trained, SUPER friendly (he adopts all of our roommates as his own, so if you don't want a new best friend, this may not be the best place for you) He's a peke/beagle mix, doesn't chew, is fixed and basically naps all day. Steph and Bob take care of him well :)

You:
are respectful, nice, working, and want to have a dog but can't ;)
We give you all the space you want, but we are also friendly! If you want to play a game with us in the living room just ask! or just plop down and read a book, we'll let you read in peace! (we have books for you to read too lol) No problem bringing a friend over for a movie, or dinner or whatever, we expect you to be a human with friends lol.

There is a laundromat 4 doors down, and we live on the second/top floor of a brownstone that is 2 blocks from the L/M Myrtle-Wyckoff stop. (17 mins to Union Square, 12 to Bedford).

The Neighborhood: We live in the middle of Bushwick, close to Ridgewood and enjoy the best of both worlds. There are tons of grocery stores, delis, pharmacies, clothing stores, thrift shops, restaurants, coffee shops, street vendors, etc. There is a park 3 blocks away, tons of great delivery places around, and street parking.
