Looking For Roommates To Resign Lease With Me

Three mid-twenties professionals looking for a 4th roommate.
4 bed 2 bath in Bushwick near the L at Wilson, Halsey, and Myrtle Wyckoff, M at Myrtle Wyckoff, and JZ at Halsey and Gates. Somewhat newly renovated, 2nd floor of a building with three apartments. Your room will easily fit a full bed and a dresser with room to move around and has a closet. We have central air and the buzzer system is hooked up to a camera, which I think is pretty neat. July 1st move in, rent will be 800 plus utilities, usually around 50-60 per person. Message me for pictures or to come see it.
Please be:
-Ready to proceed with the application process immediately... $50 application fee paid to the building management, credit check, copies of pay stubs/employment verification, photo ID, social security card, bank statement, guarantor if needed.. the whole she-bang. We had a roommate fall through last minute...building management is ready to sign the lease now (as are we) so we need someone ready to go.
-Clean, but not completely anal about it (i. e. we regularly clean up after ourselves but don't have a nuclear meltdown if someone forgets to wash a dish before work)
-Friendly/sociable (we want it to feel more like a home than a business arrangement)
-Financially responsible, meaning you'll pay your share of the utilities to the person handling the account before the bill is due, and if you establish any accounts in your name making sure you are submitting payments on time once everyone else has paid you...nothing is worse than coming home to a late/disconnect notice for a bill you thought was paid.
-Nonsmoker (I'm allergic to tobacco)
Currently 2 girls and one guy, to keep things even we're ideally looking for a dude, but it's not a dealbreaker by any means. Look forward to hearing from you!
