Offering Housing In 3Br/1Ba Loft

Hello friends!
My friend/roommate, Christina and I have just locked down a 12 month lease, beginning February 7th, for this amazing 3bd loft apartment in East Williamsburg. It is located about a block from the Morgan stop L train, so i'd say about a 15 minute commute to Manhattan.
Your bedroom is the one with all those windows. The lofts are also quite high, actually! Xtina is 6ft tall, and can comfortably hang out under the lofts, even while sporting heels! All of the rooms are nearly identical except that YOURS is open to the living room (if u please), and therefore is the only room exposed to natural light(!!!). Since xtina and I don't want to end our friendship over some vitamin D, we decided that you would reside there!! You r basically paying $1100 minus utilities. But at least you won't have to take supplements!
NOTE: 1st & last month rent required, as well as $250 building deposit upon moving in! smile emoticon
That is not our decor, by the way. About that - we are moving out of our family homes for the first time, so furniture will be acquired here and there. We definitely have a vibe in mind, but you are welcome to help out!
We are pursuing careers in the entertainment industry, so our schedules are super mixed, we will constantly be in-and-out. We are pretty quirky and definitely prefer movie night over a bar, but u can do u!! Definitely looking for a pretty clean & reasonably outgoing young adult who is down to make friends, but it is what it is. A SENSE OF HUMOR IS NECESSARY. NO DEBBIE-DOWNERS. POSITIVE VIBES ARE MANDATORY often.
