Room available in cozy Bushwick Apt.

Roommate moved back home and I need someone to take over her partially furnished room in a super nice, super cozy 2br apartment in Bushwick ASAP. I'm a student, clean, friendly, responsible, drama free, and a pleasure to live with. Looking for someone young, preferably female, responsible as well and respectable.

I'm asking for $1, 300, plus utilities which vary but round out to about $90 additional, more or less. The lease ends towards the end of August.

The room is spacious and cozy, with plenty of storage and lots of sunlight. Apartment is very roomy; open plan with full, modern kitchen and living space. We have a television (Apple TV, DVD, bluetooth speakers, no cable) and bookshelf stocked with tons of books and dvds. Bathroom is shared. There's rooftop access, laundry in building, gym, and a location central to great restaurants, bars, and subways. The area is safe, with access to Central Ave. (M) train and Myrtle-Broadway (J/M/Z) trains. Jefferson (L) train is a few blocks further but also an option.
Also there's an amazing cat living there too.
