I'm subletting a beautifully furnished room. It's available until the 18th of March. Minimum stay is 2 weeks.

The room is part of a 2br railroad apartment, me (female) and two lovely cats will be your roommate and host. I'm looking to share the apartment with one female person only.

It features a very comfortable queen size bed, bedding, linens, towels, ceiling fan, a small desk and a large closet. Three windows provide you with morning sun and great light throughout the day.
Your room has a separate entrance from the hallway which gives you a lot of privacy. Access to kitchen and bathroom is on the other side of the hallway.

The rent is $ 1000 for 4 weeks. It includes cleaning service of common areas and all utilities (electricity, high-speed internet). $500 security.

The apartment is clean, bright and has a very friendly vibe. Running filtered water in the kitchen!

The place is located in prime Bushwick, 5 min. off the L-train at Morgan Ave, which brings you to the city in 15 min. Cafe's, restaurants (including the famous "Roberta's"), yoga, grocery, organic food-coop, laundromat, dry cleaning... all within 1 to 5 min. walking distance.
This vibrant neighbourhood is very safe, housing many artists and creative folks with it's old indurstrial charme.
