Large private room in Brooklyn Manor

This is a large, bright room in a refurbished manor in Bushwick. The room contains a double bed, night stand, table, lamp, space heater, and a closet. There is a window from my room that leads out onto a rooftop area. The house has a finished basement, a kitchen on every floor, and a backyard and garden. Basement has TV, couches, 4 bathrooms total in house.

We share the space with Subway Management, a realty group, who works in the first floor from 11am - 7pm. Friendly young staff, don't get in the way and are nice to talk to. Roommates are mostly students and young professionals, some traveling from different countries.

I'm going to London for the holidays, so my room will be available. It's honestly my favorite bedroom in the house. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with 2 other people. Towels/Sheets available, washed every week.

wifi, heating, electricity, kitchen supplies, etc etc are included.

there is also a sweet little cat who lives in the house, please be aware if you have allergies

no deposit, no fees. price is well below what I'm currently paying for rent.

Location: 6 minute walk from 2 subway stations (Halsey St and Gates Ave on J line), 5 mins away from laundromat, grocery, delis. takes about 30 mins to get into Manhattan on the J.
