1 Roomie is leaving at the end of the month :( Looking for another :)
Room for rent is in a 3-bedroom, two bathrooms apartment, two floors walk up in the East Williamsburg/Bushwick area. SORRY, NO COUPLES.
You would be moving in with two open minded gay guys, ALSO one leopard gecko. One is an office manager, the other is a retail manager. We do not smoke, but we do have friends/guests that come over who do. One of us drinks, but only with the occasional company; not a daily drinker. We work a lot, usually 6 days a week during the day; we would like someone with a day work schedule. We are neat but not clean freaks; we live and our environment will reflect this. Looking for responsible like person. We are pretty quiet and low key; if you like "home" time you will like it here. We all love cooking, games and interests in all types of tech and/or gadgets and misc. hobbies involving gadget tinkering, history, fantasy, and sci-fi, and drag.

For rent is a med size room (14ft. by 8ft and 9ft high approximately), comes furnished with a bed, with drawers underneath and other odds and ends that the new Roomie can keep or remove. The apartment is a 3-bedroom, 2 baths with a large dining/living room area and kitchen. The apartment is fully furnished but can be re-arranged or DE-arranged if you have furniture of your own. We are "cord cutters" so no cable but we share SlingTV, Netflix, HBOGo to name a few, and over air basic TV, I enjoy tinkering in this aspect so we can change/alter this if new Roomie wants or has ideas of their own. For this reason, we have slightly above average internet service but can adjust if need. Laundromat right across the street, literally. Fully furnished dining room, living room and kitchen is fully equipped (meaning dishwasher, plates, glasses, utensils, cooking accouterments, gadgets, etc."? Total rent $950 + utilities which are not included.?

FIRST MONTH RENT AND SECURITY REQUIRED. No fee. The room is in East Williamsburg/Bushwick, Brooklyn, 4 small blocks from the Myrtle/Broadway subway station (J, M and Z)

The picture of the room is before Roomie moved in. It still is the same but with some furniture in it. Roomie leaving still have stuff in the room, again most is up to the new Roomie to use or we can remove.
