I am subletting 1 or 2 bedrooms in a large 3 bedroom 2 bath apt. in The Mynt at 756 Myrtle in Brooklyn. The building was featured in a NY Times article related to luxury buildings in Brooklyn.

Your choice of 1 or 2 of the 3 rooms.
Each room is furnished with bed, dresser and nightstand.

You would be sharing a large bathroom with one other roommate. That bathroom has a large tub/shower in it.
I have my own separate bath in my bedroom so you will only share with one person.

It's the largest unit in the Mynt property on the edge of Williamsburg, Fort Green and Bedford Stuyvesant. You would be living with two male roommates.
We are both very mellow and professional. I am a photographer originally from Chicago. I am easy going and open minded.

I am looking for a roommate who is tidy and dependable. I am drama free and looking for someone who is drama free as well. It's a beautiful apartment in an amazing building.

-Beautiful modern bathroom with a large tub and incredible shower. You would be sharing the large bathroom with one roommate only.

-Duane Reade Pharmacy on lower level (This is extremely convenient.) Home Depot is only 2 blocks away.
-1 block from Subway (Myrtle-Willoughby on G Train) allows easy access to A and L lines
-Walking distance to Pratt
-A superintendent who is attentive and easy to talk to.
-Samsung HD home theatre system with blu ray surround sound. We don't often watch tv but it's wonderful for movies. Netflix and HBO are included at no charge.
-Gas and water are included in rent.
-Electric and internet are not included but split 3 ways they are very reasonable. $20.00 for internet per month for each person and electric varies (usually around $25.00 each.)
