22yo Argentinian and 25 yo Canadian living in Park Slope, looking to rent out our extra space for the Christmas holidays. Room available now, for the month of December or the last two weeks (flexible dates!) I am a artist and my roommate (the Canadian) is a professional nanny. We also have a small dog who is very sweet and not at all yappy.

-Available bedroom is ALREADY fully-furnished (queen bed, 8' monkey tree, walk in closet, balcony, beautiful natural light)
-Separate front entrance that leads directly to our buildings staircase (great for privacy - leads directly to our staircase)
-Spacious apartment, with lots of plants and natural light
(huge bathroom with hanging plants, monkey tree in your room)
-Full Kitchen (french press, blender, microwave, home phone)
-rooftop deck with holidays lights from which you can see the statue of liberty, all of Manhattan/Brooklyn and the freedom tower

The Neighborhood

-1 Block from the R/F/G Train (20 min ride to Manhattan)
-Steps away from buses that will take you all over Brooklyn
-Right next to small park, and jogging lane
-2 doors down from fully-stocked organic grocery store
-right on 5th Ave, a plethora of bars/restaurants
-A few blocks away from one of the best Farmers Market
-Easy parking available right in front of the apartment, 24/7

**If you would like our roommate who will be gone on holidays is leaving her bike, it is a 1960s french antique bike (with shift changers on the front of the bike) and a basket! Great for
getting around Brooklyn and a fast trip to Manhattan
