Share 2 Bed/2 Bath in Williamsburg

Looking for a roommate to share a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in prime Williamsburg. The apartment is located at 175 Kent Ave and the building offers lots of amenities - doorman, gym, shared lounge area for tenants and a fantastic roof deck. Garage parking is available. I'm looking for a roommate to rent the second bedroom for $2250 (The studios in this building are close to $3k/month- this is a no-brainer). The room is spacious (11. 5 x 10. 6) and will easily fit a queen sized bed. It has views of Manhattan, a large closet, and a private bathroom directly across the hall. The apartment is 928 square feet, with large windows and has great light, hardwood floors through out, washer/dryer in unit as well as a dishwasher. I can be flexible with a move in date.

I'm a 29 year old male professional working in Midtown. I frequently travel for work so I'm not around all that often. Looking for a career-minded roommate who is a non-smoker. The apartment will be mostly furnished, so ideally you wouldn't have much more than bedroom furniture to bring with you.
