Roommate wanted in a 2BHK apt in South Park Slope

I live in a 2BHK in South Park slope , Brooklyn. I'm looking for a roommate to sign a 1year lease starting Nov 1st. Your room is unfurnished and is about 10 x 12 sq. ft. with 2 windows and a closet. The bathroom is shared and is located closer to the bedroom you will be occupying. The living space is unfurnished at the moment but I plan to get some furniture.

The apartment is located about a 5 min walk from the Prospect ave. stop on the R-line. It is 3 stops away from the Atlantic Ave. stop providing access to multiple subway lines and one stop away from the F/G on 9th street. There is a bus stop right around the corner.

There are a lot of cool bars with outdoor patios (I know, its almost winter) and restaurants around. The neighborhood is really quiet and laid back .

About me: I'm a 26 y/o guy working at an engineering firm from 9-5 , I'm hoping to find someone in their 20s/30s with a similar working time schedule.

I'm free to show the apartment on weekdays after 6pm. Let me know if you're interested.
