Room Lorimer Stop

Hi all,

Since I am moving in with my boyfriend, my room needs for a new inhabitant! I moved everything yesterday, so the room is empty and ready for you to move in :)

Most important things first:

- you can visit the room today and tomorrow. If we find someone suitable today, we will already make the decision tonight though.
- rent is $ 1075 excluding bills. Bills are around $ 80-100 for water, electricity, heat, internet etc.
- a security deposit of 1 month has to be paid. You pay it to me and get it back when you move out.
- no couples, sorry.

The apartment is on 46 Maujer St. Laundromat, post office, bodegas, grocery stores, and restaurants are right nearby. The L Lorimer stop as well as the J/M Hewes stop are a 5min walk.

The apartment is on the first floor and sublevel - both can be entered separately.

First floor: a huge kitchen/living space (with dishwasher and microwave), a bathroom (toilet/shower/bathtub) a little office space (not pictured) with 2 desks and a printer for all to use and one bedroom.

Sublevel: comfortable sofas and a projector to watch movies or game, a bathroom (toilet) and the two other bedrooms (including yours).

Your bedroom: the bedroom is furnished as you can see in the pictures. The room has a window, but since it is sublevel, it is not exactly flooded with light, but it is also not dark.

Your roommates: Hadar (32y), she is a designer, and David (27y) is a real estate developer. Both have structured lives, are very chill and close friends of mine.
