Great room available in Bed-Stuy/Clinton Hill area

I am moving to Italy for a job in January and my room in a 4-bedroom apartment in Bed-Stuy (between Classon and Franklin, so close to Clinton Hill) will be opening up! I have lived in the apartment for 2+ years and love it and the neighborhood. It is recently renovated and very clean and modern for a NY apartment. The apartment is on the top (4th) floor of the apartment with easy access to the roof with great views and hang-out opportunities.

Current roommates are a grad student, 23 (F), a teacher, 25 (M) and a sports editor (28) M. I think the girl would prefer to have another girl replace me to keep the balance, but guys are welcome to inquire as well. We all get along well and sometimes hang out in the living room watching tv, drinking a beer and whatnot, but we are all quite busy so you might find yourself with the apartment to yourself more often than you would think with 4 people!

I am not going to be taking my furniture, so if you'd like to buy any of it, I have a bed and a bookcase that will be for sale - we can discuss prices - and a dresser, a clothing rack, and a couple of smaller shelves and tables that you could just have. Otherwise I will sell them or get rid of them.
