Looking for 1 Roommate to for a 3BR (Sublease)

Hey everyone! I am looking for a responsible and
respectful roommate to sign a lease with us for a room in a charming
3br apartment in Bedstuy / Clinton Hill for 1 year (or longer) to move in September 1st. International students are welcome & guarantors accepted.

You will have a huge room on the opposite side of the apartment Furnished! It has a queen sized mattress and bed frame with drawers. Also has a desk, an office chair, big drawer, and a clothing rack.

Fully equipped kitchen & medium size bathroom. Hot water is included in rent. Electricity, Gas, & Internet is split amongst the three of us (average will be around $40-80 person per month depending on the season)

Laundry is on the same street. This apartment is minutes away from Dekalb & Myrtle ave, which is filled with all your shopping needs. It's also a short walk to the Classon & Nostrand G train station, and just a bit further walking to the C train.

Our Roommates:
Jasmine (lease holder) works in sales.
Andrew, a chef who works during the night time.

No Pets. No smoking and no couples (sorry!) Female preferred.
Must be respectful of everyone else's personal and shared spaces
We will be checking recent pay stubs and require first, last, & security ($1800) for moving in.
