Need 2-3 people to fill 3 Bedroom ASAP!!!

Need 2-3 people to fill a 3 bedroom. Looking to sign a lease for Sept 1st in the next 24 hours because it will go fast! It's 3300 total a month with 3 equal size bedrooms (ALL with closets), large living space, and one of the nicest kitchens I've ever seen (Stainless steel appliances and a PANTRY). In a Brownstone on Sterling Place and Washington in Brooklyn. 2 blocks from the park. It's beautiful and all the bedrooms have windows. This just doesn't exist in NY. It's being gut renovated so it will all be brand new.
