We have a nice room (with a closet) available for move in NOW! Our last roommate moved out but payed the rest of April so you will have the rest of the month FREE!
This is a great apartment with a lot of amenities - Washer and dryer in the apartment which is a serious game changer if you have been going to the laundry mat for years, dishwasher to make you lazier, central AC which will come in handy as we are expecting a scorcher this summer, and a private rooftop space with a hammock and inflatable pool!
We are 6 min walk to the bedford L but on south 1st so it doesn't get so so crazy busy here on the weekend.
You would share the house with a queer couple (2 girlies) and no animals. We are laid back and want to find someone (or a couple with a small rent increase) who is the same.
The rent is $1650 (which includes internet)plus utilities. We just got a monster modem and so our internet is running at super speeds these days. We would require a security deposit and one month's rent upon move in.
