Large light filled bedroom in 2 bedroom apartment located in Bedstuy just 1 block from the G train off Lafayette and Nostrand. 15 minute walk to the AC, and a 25 minute commute into the city.

The building is renovated with washer/dryer in the building. The apartment has all the modern connections: Dishwasher, central heat. The rooms are on opposite ends of the apartment for privacy and each room has its own balcony and we also have a balcony in the shared living room/open kitchen.

The neighborhood is residential, with tree-lined streets, nearby cafes and a few local bars on Bedford, Franklin and Nostrand just a couple minutes away with Clinton Hill just 15 min away.

It's a great space and I'm looking for someone to share with who likes home to be a calm and quiet place and not into bringing the party home.

I work 9-6 most days in the city as a producer in advertising and looking for someone with full time work and lives an active lifestyle.
