3 Month Sublet- Beautiful Bedford Ave

Hello Potential Roommate!

We are subletting a double room in our spacious 4 bedroom 1.5 bathroom apartment. Available from 9/1/16 - 11/30/16 $1200 per month (Internet and electric included). This also includes Netflix, Hulu, HBO Go, and Showtime!

The room has a double bed and a desk and includes a closet and fire escape access complete with two chairs and a small table.

Your roommates are Meg (yours truly) and Tim in room #1, Taylor in room #2, and Laura in room #3.

We are 4 young adults working in tech, politics, fashion, and journalism who enjoy roommie dinners with wine and cheese or going out to one of many neighborhood bars! Check these out: Black Swan, Swell Dive, Dynaco, Do or Dive, Chilo's, and many more. We also like to spend chill nights at home, watching some of our favorite shows like John Oliver, Girls (which is filmed around the corner), Stranger Things, The Night Of, and Shameless.

About you: We like to keep the house clean and want a roommate who is willing to clean up after themselves. We'd love to make a new friend, so hopefully you would like to participate in the eating, drinking, and hanging out mentioned above!
