Open House Today Super Light Big Room W/Bay Window

Cool apartment, in Bed-Stuy, 5 min walk from Myrtle-Willoughby G and 12 min walk from myrtle-broadway JMZ (Express stop yay) there are three roommates, 2 guys and a girl looking for a 4th, hoping to keep the 50/50 ratio, so female applicants only. move in june 1. need 1st, last and security up front to sign onto 1 year lease (in process of renewing).
The room itself is currently painted teal, but I would be more then happy to paint that white on the way out, should you desire, just let me know.
It fits a queen very comfortably and has a beautiful bay window that you can chill on.
No furniture included, the picture with the furniture is just for reference of size.
the area is pretty dope, a fair amount of coffee shops within 5 min walk and a ton of coffee shops/bars/restaurants within a 15 min walk.
rent is $800 plus utilities, those are usually about $50 depending on the month.
the two guy roommates are a solar panel representative and an audio engineer while the female is a bar tender so the schedules of the roommates are not 9-5
