Double Bedroom in Cozy Brownstone Apartment

Hello All,

My roommate is moving on and upward and I am looking to rent out her room (she is in the pictures of the space for juxtaposition). I am looking for a roomie to share in this amazing newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 private entrances, with a private backyard (accessible to only tenants of this apartment) brownstone apartment. The bedroom itself is private and can hold a queen size bed (with a dresser and a desk, or of course any other items you so choose that's just what's in there now). It also has a huge closet space. it is somewhat difficult to see just how big it is, as the apartment itself is railroad style (I. e., it is very long). It should be noted that the common areas are included in the rent. Ideally this person will be in a 12 step recovery program, or have some awareness of 12 step recovery. For utilities the electricity is included, we just pay for gas. Both of which are central air/heating. All appliances in the apartment are brand new. We are 3 blocks away from the C train, 4 blocks away from the A train, and 7 blocks away from the J train. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood, with bodegas on every corner. There is also a dog. He's a chocolate lab. He loves to snuggle and play. There is also wifi in the apartment. I look forward to hearing from you and hope you enjoy the space as much as we do!
