The neighborhood is alive an thriving with many new bars, cafes and restaurants popping up like daisies. This part of Bed Stuy is great for chill vibes not too far outside the city.

About the roommates: 1 male, 1 female and one super friendly cat. Recent graduates of Pratt Institutes. They are nice, quiet, clean, respectful people in need of a third roommate for year lease. They lived there last year and are renewing, just looking for the third great roommate.
