About the place:
A newly renovated brownstone apartment located in the Ocean Hill section of Bed-Stuy. It's located less than a block from the Chauncey J/Z stop and the Bushwick-Aberdeen L and Rockaway C stops are close by as well. Appliances and fixtures are new, with shiny hardwood floors high ceilings and skylights.

It's on a quiet tree-lined block with decent parking, but is close to Broadway for access to whatever you need. Room comfortably fits a full size bed and a dresser or desk and has a normal size closet. Room has one extra large window that looks over Bainbridge street and features exposed brick along one wall.

There are two bathrooms in the apartment and you would share yours with Deron.

The landlords are a really sweet young couple who take care of any issues immediately and are very pleasant to deal with compared to corporate housing companies.

We're both very low maintenance people and are really just looking for basic friendliness and thoughtfulness in a perspective roommate. All the normal stuff- clean up after yourself, respect quiet time, etc. We also really want the apartment to feel like home and encourage you to have guests, listen to music, cook and use the communal space as you wish. We're open to anyone but we have found that a female roomate makes for a good dynamic in the space.

No couples. No smoking tobacco in the apartment. No pets allowed unfortunately.
