Here are some great things about the apartment:
Disgustingly close to the J & Z train (literally 30 second walk), 5 min walk from the L & C train
Beautiful original details in the apartment itself and nice big trees in the backyard (for your viewing pleasure)
High ceilings! 14 ft in each room, and your room has some crazy beautiful tin ceiling buildout from the light fixture.

About our neighborhood:
30 second walk to Stay Fresh Deli (home of the infamous heart attack sandwich-- and like 20 other delis, bodegas, a few grocery stores each distinct in selection to fit your every need, + cheap mani-pedis, etc.) Also within walking distance of Blink Fitness. There is a 24hr laundromat with drop-off service about a block away.
Very tight knit community. There are block associations, parties and I believe a great deal of the residents are owners. Its quiet, people know each other and say "Good Morning" which is nice.

Your room is spacious enough for a full or queen bed plus some furniture. Also has french doors, a double closet and two large windows. Its unfurnished but has tons of potential to be your little piece of New York.

Rent is $900/month utilities included.
