I am looking for a couple/single person to rent the largest room in my 3 bedroom apartment.

It is a super nice, newly renovated brownstone in a great neighborhood on Jefferson Avenue between Bedford and Nostrand Ave. It is conveniently located a few blocks from the A/C train at Nostrand and the C train at Franklin, a short walk from the Bedford-Nostrand G stop, and next to the B26/B44 bus lines. It is about a 20 minute walk to Pratt.

The room is 16' x 12' with a large closet + a 5' x 8' bonus room that could be used as a bedroom, office, closet, etc. This space would be perfect for someone who works from home, needs a large space for music instruments, studio work, or a couple. The bonus room has been used as a music studio by my roommate.

There is beautiful hardwood flooring throughout the apartment and lots of sunlight. You would be sharing the kitchen/living area and a bathroom with 2 recent Pratt architecture graduates! We have an awesome landlord who takes care of the apartment really well. Plus there is a backyard!

The room is available for move in on Sept 2nd.

Please excuse the mess in the photos. We have been using this space as an office for the past year. We can fit three desks comfortably with room to spare so it is a huge space, double the size of a typical bedroom!
