Couple, Friend OK!! walk by3 mins from Bay RidgeAv

We are from HongKong and Japan,
we are renting out 1 of 2 bedrooms in my apartment.

walk by 3mins from BAY RIDGE AVENUE station which is R line. 30mins to lower Manhattan. 40 mins to Times Square:)
I go Baruch College which is at 23rs street; I usually take 40mins to get 23 rd street station.

Everything that you will need is near by. Rite Aid(24hr pharmacy), laundry, Key Foods. 99cents store, McDonald's, Restaurant, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks

-We have portable washer in the house (FREE:)) but no dryer so you need hang them in your room
-NO SHOES IN THE HOUSE
-We have a 12 months old cat.
-Utility is not included (last month, gas $50, Electlicity $70, the Internet $78) Winter will be slightly expensive. We divide the utility by half
-Funiture(bed frame, duvet cover, conforter, pillow, pillowcase, curtain, airconditioner)

you can bring your friend to stay over sometimes, let's not be really strict about rules. of course no drugs. But you can invite friend to do little party before 12am it is okay!
just tell me :)
