1 BR available in a 2B2B apartment in Riverdale

Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my cozy room in a quiet, safe, neighborhood of Riverdale. I would love to stay longer in this apartment, except that I'm getting married and moving out to New Jersey to live with my future wife. You'll be living with one other housemate in the 2 bedroom apartment.

Location:
- The apartment is a 2 bed 2 bath with a large living room and a kitchen, located in Riverdale. Riverdale is an affluent upper-middle class neighborhood located in the Bronx. Unlike other parts of the Bronx, Riverdale is very safe and quiet.
- There's CVS, Bank of America, Key Foods (grocery), and restaurants within 1-2 blocks of the apartment.
- It's right off of exit 19 on Hudson Parkway (Westside Highway), so it's very easy for those who commute by car.
- It takes about 7 minutes to George Washington Bridge and about 15 minutes when there's traffic.
- The closest subway station is the number 1 line on 231st st, which takes about 15 minutes by feet.
- There's a express bus to Manhattan Midtown about 3 minute walk from the apartment.

The room:
It's a fairly large sized room in my opinion. You get a good amount of sunlight. There's a closet built into the room. See photos.
You also have a bathroom to the left as soon as you walk out of the bedroom. This is yours to use since my housemate has his own bathroom.

Furnature:
- I have an extra full size bed, which has been used very cleanly and only for a couple months - if you need a bed, I can put it in the room for you.
- I also have some work out equipment in the living room, some are assembled, some are not. But if you want to use them, it's yours. Otherwise, I can take it away.

Parking:
Parking is $250/month for a garage. If you don't want to pay for parking, street parking is usually not too bad around the apartment. I generally have no problem finding a parking spot when I get back from work around 5-8pm weekdays. After around 9pm or so it gets a little difficult, but I've always found a spot within a few blocks from the apartment.

About the housemate:
The housemate you'll be living with is a 28 year old male dentist. He works Monday through Friday (some weekends). He usually leaves for work around 6am in the morning, and comes back around 6-7pm. He spends a lot of his weeknights studying in the room. He's respectful, considerate, and friendly. He likes to build good relationships with people, and would be willing to hang out with a glass of beer every now and then.

About you:
- A working professional male in his late 20's or 30's with a stable income.
- Clean, respectful, and considerate.
- No partiers, and no drugs (including marijuana).
- Serious inquiries only (No online money transfer requests)

The terms:
- The rent is $1,144 plus utilities (about $50-$70/month). Deposit is one month rent ($1,144).
- Lease term is until 9/30/2017 - I am looking for someone who can stay until the end of the lease term. You are welcome to stay longer.
- Move in date: The room is available for you to move in anytime.
