Beautiful neighborhood, near two train station stops 231st and 238th and Broadway. i commute daily to midtown Manhattan and it only takes me 40Min to Time Square. Only a block away from supermarket, gas station and shopping center (Bj's, Subways, TJ Maxx, Starbucks, T. Mobile, Sleepy's, Shop&Stop, Dollars, Lots, Duane Read, Walgreen among others super stores. The room is very large due to the building construction, we also enjoy a garden view. If a parking space is needed it will be possible to acquire one for less then 80dls a month.
Note: NO smoke/drugs and NO romantic advances are a most. NO religion indoctrination either. NO Domestic Disturbance. My place is very peaceful if you're looking for a home you've probably found it.
