I am a preschool teacher who is passionate about what I do and I love to come home to my docile and sweet cat. I also like to enjoy some solitude when I enter my dwelling.
I have a two bedroom two bath luxury apartment in the Riverdale section of the Bronx. The building also has a doorman. The room itself is semi furnished with an en suite bathroom and the room is double size. The room is available for IMMEDIATE OCCUPANCY. Rent is $750 per month not including utilities which are $100
a month. The kitchen and living room are shared spaces.
I am looking for a professional person, a FEMALE PREFERRED, ages 32-55. No couples
please.
What I am looking for in a roommate is a person who respects "The Golden Rule"as live by this. Also, someone who will clean up after themselves and be mindful.
-2 verifiable references should be available upon request.
-Overnight visitors during the work week is limited to 2X a week
-Security deposit of $1650 is required
-Smokers ok
-No pets please as I already have one

Transportation is readily accessible to the Bx 7 bus, Bx 10 bus, number 1train, Metro North and Express Bus
