Looking for a 3rd roommate!

I have one bedroom available in my large 3 bedroom apartment. This is a great location for city commuters who don't want to pay the high rent costs of Manhattan. The room available is 13' x 10? 6" and is large enough to comfortably fit a queen bed and a dresser or desk. The room also has a full-size 6?w x 2?d closet. The apt has one full bath and one half bath. Cable and utilities are included in monthly rent.
The bedroom for rent is not furnished, but the rest of the apartment is completely furnished so the new tenant would only need to provide furniture for their room. This is an elevator building with laundry on the premises.
The location is only 2 blocks from the 238st entrance to the 1 train and less than an hour commute into Manhattan (about 45 mins to Times Square). Kingsbridge is a great, culturally diverse neighborhood. Lots of shops and supermarkets are nearby and Target is about a 20min walk/ 10min bus ride away. It is also less than a 5 min walk Van Cortlandt Park.
My roommate and I would prefer a young professional in their late 20s early 30s to take this room as I believe it would be the best fit, but I am open to anyone who is interested. Please contact me via phone/text /email and I would be happy to set up a time for you to come see the place!
