We live in a clean modern 3 bedroom condo and have a available, furnished with tv, dresser, queen bed, ac unit, heat and large closet for 1000 a month or 250 a week. The monthly rent includes all utilities, gas electricity wifi internet, printer use and washer dryer use as well as toiletries like toilet paper, shampoo conditioner bath soap shower gel, towels, bed sheets etc and also full use of kitchen, fridge, freezer, typical breakfast items, condiments, etc theres also space outside on the porch to put a bicycle. Non smoking, if you do you can do it outside. 2 bathrooms and full use of kitchen.
7 blocks to 2 and 5 train on 3rd ave 149th street, 5 blocks from jackson street station, buses 15 and 21 across the street and 2 stops from train. Near shopping district and park, handball, basketball court, 2 supermarkets Aldi and foodtown, 2 gyms planetfitness 24hrs and blink fitness, cleaners and much more! Looking for a drama free, mature, respectful adult whos no nonsense when it comes to responsibilities.
