Furnished Room near Pelham Parkway

Ideal for a quiet, responsible, nonsmoking female. Student or professional is OK, as long as you are able to pay the rent on the first of each month. That is a MUST.
The apartment is situated in an elevator building in the Pelham Parkway section of the Bronx, not far from the Bronx Zoo or Fordham University. It faces Bronx Park.
The 2 and 5 trains are close by; midtown is about half hour from midtown . There are several bus routes to choose from: BX 12, BX39, BX22 and Westchester Beeline 60 and 61. But you probably won?t need them: there are lot of little shops and banks close by. Very convenient. There are laundry facilities in the basement, but a very large clean Laundromat is about a block and a half.
Now for the room:
It?s a large room, with a large closet and shelf space. It comes furnished with a queen bed and dresser. Cable connection for TV is supplied. Also comes with Wi-Fi.. Bathroom and kitchen are shared.
Rent is $625 and that includes all utilities including Wi-Fi. The room is available for viewing from October 13, 2015. We prefer someone move in November 1, but if you need to move in sooner that can be arranged.
