Fun Community Worker

Hello! I am G and I am an Arts Mentor, Chef and soon to be non-for-profit business owner. I love to work in the community...mentoring troubled youth, teens, families, and adults. I am a dog person and my favorite breed of dog is the , English bulldog. I love to cook and share great food and drinks with my house mates and friends. I love giving tours around NYC and discovering all that the city has to offer... as I am also a licensed NYC tour guide. I am a clean neat, respectful huMAN being, who has consideration for others (but not a pushover). I am dependable, responsible individual that cares about others. I do not mind sharing what I have, when it comes to Food...as long as it has been replaced with the same quality item that was eaten...just do like to be taken advantage of...sa it has happen in the past. I am catering/event planning chef for the Film and TV industry. I love to have fun and build great relationship with others and especially my roommates. I am serious when I need to be and fun and silly other times. I ove great conversation and listener. I am honest, encouraging and a great hearted huMAN being. I do not take life for granted and others and always love to pay it forward. I have been in NYC ONLY 4YRS and few months. I came here to follow my dreams of using my talents and expriences to build and rebuild torn and surrounding communities using the arts. My friends and people who know me ... as a hard and dedicated worker, who workrs long hours and never is known to quit or give up, even thought life has been hard and unfair. I do not like when others wake me up, by being inconsiderate or just loud. I love times on the sofa as much as I like hanging out around town, being active... working out or just being in nature. I do have serious allergies so, no CATS and cannot standing it when others are not being aware of self and others. I am very straight forward find that I like living wit men more that women. I do not like drama at all and have a low tolerance for people who bring crapp/trouble to the door of our home. I get that we all have issue and are not perfect but when it starts to an effect our house. I will be open about it and open about everything. Now having said that... I like to follow the rules 9.9 x out of 10 and accepts everyone for who and what the are. It would be great to have 2 or 3 roommates who are clean, open, open-minded, respectful and considerate and who leads to do their part in the home. I am not into tons of peeps staying over every nite but
